Just starting out or feeling a little unsure in the water? This class is for you! In Adult 1, we focus on building confidence and comfort in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You’ll learn the basics like floating, gliding, and moving through the water with assistance. No experience needed — just bring your courage and we’ll take it from there!

Adult 2 – Learning the Strokes
Comfortable in the water and ready to take the next step? Adult 2 is all about learning how to swim with proper technique. We’ll introduce you to front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, while helping you build strength and confidence in your swimming skills. This level is perfect for adults who can float and swim on their own but want to learn how to do it right.

Adult 3 – Technique & Endurance
Already know the strokes but want to take your swimming to the next level? In Adult 3, we’ll help you fine-tune your technique, improve efficiency, and build endurance. Whether you’re swimming for fitness, fun, or personal goals, this class will challenge you in all the right ways — and help you feel stronger and more confident in the water.
