Our Team
We are committed to the prevention of all water safety emergencies. We do so through attentive supervision to all swimmers in our care, providing world-class training to our in-water team, prioritizing water cleanliness and educating our community on the importance of drowning prevention. We ensure the physical and emotional safety of our team and swim community through actively enforcing our client code of conduct, working to develop trusting relationships with clients, actively seeking feedback from all parties and providing an inclusive environment for all.
Our Community
We ask that our patrons remain dedicated to the prevention of water safety emergencies through providing their child(ren) with attentive and undivided supervision when in and around water, actively working with our team to ensure their progress in lessons and trusting our team to do what they do best. We ask all patrons to help us in protecting the physical and emotional safety of our team and their fellow community members by adhering to our client code of conduct and respecting all students and swim families while at the pool.
We believe that it is essential to our operation that our swim families and staff do all things with honour and take pride in the importance of providing and receiving swimming lessons for overall safety.
